About Company - Subros Limited

India's top producer of thermal goods for automotive applications is Subros Limited. With the Suri family of India owning 36.79% of Subros Ltd, Denso Corporation of Japan owns 20%, Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan owns 11.96%, and Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan collaborates technically with Denso. Subros Ltd was created in 1985 as a joint venture public limited company.

From having aproduction capacity of 15,000 air conditioners in 1985, which was primarilymade up of an assembly operation, the company has developed into the largestand only integrated manufacturing facility in India for automotive air conditioning systems. Compressors, condensers, heat exchangers, and all other connecting components needed to complete an AC loop are manufactured by Subros, which serves all market sectors including passenger cars, buses, trucks, refrigeration transport, off-roaders, home air conditioners, and railways.

Subros has manufacturing plants at Noida , Manesar, Pune, Chennai , Nalagarh and Karsanpura with an annual capacity of 1.5 Million AC Kits per annum beside a well equipped R&D Center and Tool Room at Noida.

Condensers:

Subros Limited is the largest manufacturer of automotive condensers in India. These condensers are manufactured in technical collaboration with Denso Corporation Japan.




Tubes & Hoses : 

Tubes & Hoses made from special grade aluminum material with wrinkle free bending and special grade rubber material for carrying high pressure environment friendly refrigerant from Compressor to Condenser to Evaporator in order to keep the vehicle cabin cool during summer. Subros also provides Internal Heat Exchanger (IHX) Assy. where by improving the overall efficiency of the AC system.



Bus AC :

Subros provides complete range of Bus Air conditioners ranging from 7.5 KW to 36 KW capacity suitable for 4 mtr to 12 mtr buses.



Rail AC :

Subros provides tailored system solutions for driver cabin AC of railway engines featuring compactness, flexibility and easiness to install, irrespective of whether they are diesel or electricity driven engine. Subros Limited is also working on development of units for Coach AC.

Residential AC :

Subros has a complete range of Residential Air Conditioners i.e. Window AC & Split AC system & supplying these products as OEM/ODM to all the leading brands in the Market.


Commercial AC

Subros Limited caters the demands of both Residential & Commercial Air-conditioner Market by providing a comprehensive product range of Light Commercial AC (1.5 TR ~ 4.0 TR ) & Ductable AC ranges ( 5.5 TR ~ 17.0 TR) to the customer.


Transport Refrigeration system

Subros Limited provides a complete range of transport refrigeration solutions suitable for storage volume upto 50 cu.m for chilling & freezing applications. Subros  design world class transport refrigeration systems keeping energy efficiency, cost effectiveness and safety features in mind making it suitable for preservation of fresh products.




Truck Cabin Ac System

Featuring next generation technologies, Subros Limited provides a complete range of Truck Cabin AC Systems, while reducing noise, emissions and fuel consumption. It is validated by OEMs and can be customized for varied applications.

Subros Ltd is into designing, manufacturing and supply of Off-Roader AC systems providing heating, ventilation and cooling solutions in case of construction and agricultural machinery such as Tractors, etc.

Annual Revenue grown by  25.7%, in the last year to Rs 2,826.6 Crores. Its sector's average revenue growth for the last fiscal year was 26%.

Annual Net Profit rose 47.5% in the last year to Rs 47.9 Crores. Its sector's average net profit growth for the last fiscal year was 96%..

Stock Price rose 41.5% and outperformed its sector by 4.9% in the past year.

The Revenue of Subros Limited grew at a CAGR of  8% in last 5 years  from 2134 Cr to 2826 Cr.

There is no change in Promoter holding ,they are holding 36.79 % .  However  FII /FPI have increased their  stake significantly by  32 % as per  march quarter update.
DII holding 13.3 % in this company.
